RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

1. CONTACT US IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM

We ask you to contact us should you encounter any problem with your order, payment, delivery or warranty. We are able to resolve some problems without the need of sending anything back. You are not obliged to contact us upfront but it will lead to your quicker and greater satisfaction.

 

2. CONSUMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT IN 14 DAYS

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your received purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

3. THE RIGHT OF SUPPLIER FOR TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

In cases where the customer in accordance with § 1829 paragraph. 1 of the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from the contract, the seller is also entitled at any time to withdraw from the contract, up to the time of receipt of goods by the customer. In this case, the seller is obligated to return the purchase price, without undue delay, using the original payment method.

 

4.  HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

To initiate a return first contact us at support@steadycross.com and tell us what you are returning and why (e.g. canceling an order, defective item, received something else, etc.). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Always include your original order number in the message. Upon your contact we will evaluate your request and then will send you further instructions. Sometimes it is not necessary to send the item back.

 

5. HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

If a return is necessary we will send you further instructions. It is much recommended and appreciated if you contact us upfront before a return. While you are not required to do so it will ultimately lead to better and faster resolution of your situation. If a consumer withdraws from the contract the consumer must deliver the goods to supplier no later than fourteen (14) days from the withdrawal. The goods should be returned to the supplier undamaged, in the original packaging, in the condition and value as when received and they should be with no marks or signs of use. Items missing from shipment will be deducted from the refund (applicable amount determined by us).

The customer is solely responsible for shipping, handling, insurance fees and items damaged during transport when returning any product. We recommend properly packaging the items returned and choosing a reliable shipping company with track&trace feature and proper insurance.

SteadyCross is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the shipment of items or replacement parts. If the customer elects to abandon their shipment in lieu of paying customs, taxes, or import fees on their order or returning the item(s) to us, no refund will be given.

6. PROCESSING RETURNS AND REFUNDING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note: Orders that are canceled by the customer after they have shipped may be returned to us for a refund minus any applicable shipping charges related to the canceled order.

7. REFUND

If a refund is approved by the Supplier, the payment shall be returned to the consumer within 14 days after withdrawing from the contract, using the original form of payment.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. PayPal refunds happen immediately but it may take some several weeks before your refund is officially posted on your bank account or credit card (if applicable).

 

9. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@steadycross.com before you send back the item. You can take same pictures of defective or damaged areas for better description.  

When returning an item for an exchange, the returned item must be received by SteadyCross before a replacement item is shipped out. If you need the item sooner than that, you are welcome to purchase a replacement to be shipped out immediately. You will then be reimbursed once we receive the returned item.

Please note: a product can only be deemed defective by SteadyCross technical support.

10. GIFTS

If the goods are supplied with gifts or free items, the contract is concluded with a condition that the gift donation agreement shall expire when the customer decides to withdraw from the purchase agreement. In the event that gifts are not returned it will be considered as unjust enrichment of the buyer and the provider is entitled to a cash payment in the amount of the normal price.

 

11. DISCOUNTED SETS

If the order contains discounted items and the buyer insists on a refund of just a part of the order, the product purchase agreement is concluded with a condition that the purchase agreement is amended when the customer decides to withdraw from a part of the purchase agreement, as if the rest of the items order (if any) were purchased separately by the customer. Correspondingly, the price of the remaining items will be reflected in the calculation of the refunded amount.

 

12. THE COSTS OF CANCELING THE  PURCHASE AGREEMENT

All related costs of returning the purchased items shall be paid by the consumer.
